Programmatic Study & Development

For my programmatic study and development, I took my final hybrid model. My final hybrid model is hybrid model number three. With this model, I started mapping out most of my program elements throughout a series of sketches. The series of sketches consists of typical floor plans, and sections. These sketches are not finalized. Please feel free to critic, and comment. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Hybrid Study Models

For my hybrid study model, I developed my forms based off of my previous conceptual models. The models that I used are the following:

Study model #1                                 Study model #2

Study model #9                               Study model #10

 Model #9- Collage #3

For this concept model, I tried to incorporate the sun and its rays coming from one side and the moon and its rays from the other. Then the direction of the clouds coming from the student's head in my third collage. Lastly I took the actual student as the focal point between the three of the components.

Lastly for my final collage, I wanted to express and show the stack of books that a student uses to study from. I designed this form base on the angles that the books were stacked.
